Press Release Summary: Ops A La Carte Announces Opening of Asian Headquarters

Ops A La Carte, a reliability testing and consulting firm with North American
headquarters in Santa Clara, CA, is participating in a number of seminars to be held
this fall in Singapore. This exciting news comes part and parcel with the opening of
the Ops A La Carte Asian headquarters in Singapore.

With so many businesses expanding operations in the Eastern hemisphere, and Ops A La
Carte reliability experts being asked to consult for firms in Asia, it made sense to
expand the company formally in that direction. Mike Silverman, founder of Ops A La
Carte, felt that summer 2007 was the ideal time to make the leap; noting the size of
the manufacturing industry in Singapore, Ops A La Carte made their move and it has
been a great success. The company is now considering opening additional offices in
India and China.

In the meantime, Ops A La Carte will be participating in a number of seminars in
October and those interested in reliability testing and related issues will want to
attend. On October 15-17 Ops A La Carte will be in Taiwan, working with SGS, a major
testing company. On October 18, Ops A La Carte will be presenting a seminar through
SMA (Singapore Manufacturer's Federation). Ops A La Carte will be partnering with
SGS Singapore and RelPRO Pte Ltd of Singapore for this half-day seminar on
Reliability.

On October 25-26, Ops A La Carte will be sponsoring the Applied Reliability
Symposium (ARS). Ten partner companies and customers will be attending the symposium
to mark the Ops A La Carte expansion into the region. The theme of the symposium
will be: "Sharing applications, success stories, and lessons learned in reliability
